| As we celebrated 25 years of engineering systemic change, our community also came together to reconnect, rebuild, and reimagine what the next chapter of our organization could look like. What followed was a year full of momentum, hard conversations, renewed energy, and a reminder that EWB’s greatest strength has always been its people.

More than anything, this report captures a community finding its footing again. It reflects the students, alumni, volunteers, staff, partners, donors, and supporters who continue to believe deeply in what EWB Canada can be and who are building the future of our organization together.
There’s still work ahead, but this report is a moment to stop, reflect and celebrate the tremendous year. It is a reminder of what’s possible when this community comes together with purpose, humility, and ambition.
