Ronald Omyonga

Ronald Omyonga grew up in the Khwisero Division of western Kenya, then left to earn an architecture degree at Jomo Kenyatta University in Nairobi. He is a co-founder and Chief Relationship Officer at iBUILD Global Inc. and the Initiator of the Khwisero Primary Schools Water and Sanitation project (2004 – present) implemented by Montana State University Chapter of Engineers Without Borders USA. Prior to co-founding iBUILD, Ronald, an architect, was the Housing Support Services Specialist for the Mastercard Foundation supported HMF project at Habitat For Humanity International based in Kenya.

His over 20 years work experience has seen him work in various sectors from slum upgrading, microenterprise development, multi-sectoral rural development, human rights approach to design and delivery of basic services in underserved communities including water, sanitation and solid waste management, affordable housing technology and design options and how you interlink that with financing.
