Leading Women in STEM Webinar: Full Recording
On March 8th, we held our special National Engineering Month + International Women's Day webinar with four influential women in STEM, raising the conversation of the importance of more representation in STEM.
Conversations of this nature are all the more worthwhile when a diverse group of individuals participate, regardless of gender spectrum or whether you have a background in engineering.
Our panel had an incredibly candid conversation as they shared their experiences as women in STEM, the progress made in minimizing the gender gap, and the work that still needs to be done to steer young girls towards STEM-related studies. It was an honest, transparent look at the future of engineering—which, obviously, is fundamental for EWB’s community of systems change-makers.
