Rida Danish

Rida Danish is a Chemical and Biological Engineering undergraduate student at the University of British Columbia. She is passionate about using engineering to support sustainable innovation and make meaningful real-world impact.

Through her long-standing involvement with Engineers Without Borders Canada and Engineers for a Sustainable World, she feels fortunate to be involved in changes that take place everyday through advocacy and systemic change.

Through SCEC, Rida hopes to become equipped with the tools to tackle complex, interdisciplinary, and real-world social challenges. She’s also excited to connect with fellow change-makers over a great cup of coffee or a game of badminton!
