These 10 passionate and dedicated individuals start their fellowships off in Toronto for\u00a0pre-departure training, before\u00a0traveling to their assigned ventures at the end of the month. This cohort of change-makers comes with a broad spectrum of public, private and non-profit sector experiences. They are eager to develop their systems-change skills with our innovative social ventures and partners in Ghana, Uganda, Kenya and Malawi. By providing consultation and support across a range of capabilities, the fellows will provide ventures with the essential talent required to accelerate and sustain their growth. In turn, fellows will develop the competencies and skills to collaborate with African innovators on meaningful projects within long-term, systemic change strategies. Meet the fellows Lindsay Kingston Knowledge Management Personnel, Syecomp Ltd. Accra, Ghana Lindsay recently finished her post-graduate degree in International Development from Humber College Institute of Technology &amp; Advanced Learning. Prior to this, she graduated from St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and Criminology. Her passion for social justice and equity aspired from numerous experiences abroad, particularly, a solidarity trip to Ada, Ghana in 2013. She is eager to be back in Ghana, working alongside Syecomp and their amazing team! Samy Bhanjana Impact And Data Analyst, M-Shule Nairobi, Kenya Samy graduated with a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Ottawa. Post-graduation he worked with TD Bank, and MD Financial, where he developed a distinctive skill set grounded in Data Analytics, Statement Development, Financial Instrument Analysis and Project Management. Most recently, he spent five months backpacking across Europe, then completed his Masters of Management Analytics program at Queen\u2019s University. Carla Aziz Mobile UX\/UI Designer, Numida Technologies Kampala, Uganda Carla is a multidisciplinary designer with a computer science background.
